Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with refurbished en-suite shower, basin and WC December 2019, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC refurbished in December 2019. Kitchen. Utility. Sitting room with dining area and electric fire.
Old Dairy is a lovely detached cottage situated in the village of Scurlage, close to Swansea in South Wales. The cottage can sleep four people in one king-size double with en-suite shower and one twin, together with a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and electric fire. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a private enclosed garden with furniture and barbecue. Old Dairy is a perfect base from which to explore this beautiful part of the country. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Oil central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, Blu-ray, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Secure bike storage. Enclosed gravelled garden with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk. Please note: bookings must start or end on a weekday as changeovers cannot be done on a Saturday or Sunday.

"This lovely cottage is well located with both Rhoselli and Oxwich within a 10 minute drive. The bathroom and en-suite have been recently refurbished to a very high standard and access to the cottage is very easy with good parking.The village of Scurlage has a general store and Pharmacy and a fish and chip shop in the season. A petrol station about a mile away also has a supermarket. There are many really good eating places within a few minutes drive of the cottage."
