Outside there is ample off road parking and an enclosed lawned garden with a patio, furniture and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying an evening meal. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Secure bike storage. Enclosed lawned garden to front and side with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub and Biggin Hall restaurant 5 mins walk. Note: There is a private locked room off the sitting room. Please Note: The property is 50 yards down an unpaved lane.

Biggin is a small, 13th century rural village ideally located for the Dove and Manifold valleys in the Peak District National Park, with a church and pub serving good food. Close by are National Trust owned Dovedale, the Tissington Trail, the village of Hartington with its famous cheese shop and market towns including Buxton and Ashbourne. Wonderful surrounding countryside allows for great walking and cycling, and Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are well worth a visit.
