Please note: Property is opposite a former dairy building that is being redeveloped and landscaped in to an outdoor space with fountain. Note: The property is conveniently situated on the main road leading down to the seafront 1.3 miles to Torre Abbey Sands Beach and 1.3 miles to Torquay Golf Course
