Electric central heating. Combination microwave/oven/grill, 2-ring electric hob, fridge, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Bike storage. Shared lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Property has own front door and is accessed via an external staircase from the owner's garden area. Note: Use of owner's garage by request. Note: Please take care when using the stairs to enter the property.
