This single-storey lodge is set in the owners' grounds in the village of Neatishead near Wroxham and sleeps two people. All ground floor. Open plan studio accommodation with king-size double bed, kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC.

Oil-fired radiators. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, rural intermittent WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared lawned garden with paved terrace and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: No children, including infants. Note: Due to the rural location, WiFi can be intermittent.
