Barley Meadow is a traditional stone cottage next door to the owner's farmhouse on a non-working farm in a rural location, seven miles from Okehampton. This cottage sleeps four people in three bedrooms which are a double and two single rooms. There is also a bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom a kitchen with a breakfast table, a dining room and a sitting room. Outside is a side lawned garden with a patio and furniture and off road parking for two cars. Barley Meadow is a fabulous, well-presented cottage in the heart of Devon where a warm welcome awaits. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Okehampton is a busy market town on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park and near the highest and most dramatic areas of the moor, where Yes Tor rises to a height above 2000 feet. To the north of Okehampton are some beautiful rolling Devon hills where small farming villages nestle amidst woods and fields with plenty of gently flowing rivers.
