Overview
This modern semi-detached weatherboard town house is situated in the coastal town of Broadstairs and can sleep ten people in four bedrooms. Over four floors. Four bedrooms: 1 x ground floor king size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x second floor king size double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x second floor king size double with Juliet balcony, 1 x third floor family room with 2 singles and 1 adult bunks. Second floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. First floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area (seats 8) and sitting area (seats 8). Cloakroom WC on first floor.
Kent is affectionately known as the Garden of England. Its history and heritage provide the region with a rich array of sightseeing possibilities, while the stunning choice of Blue Flag beaches offer the chance to enjoy the beautiful coastline.

Fully enclosed small decked terrace with lawned area and furniture. Small patio area with access from side entrance and ground floor bedroom. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Beach 7 mins walk. Note: Max 6 adults. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: This cottage is a townhouse with living accommodation on the first floor, not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: This cottage is built on an incline. Note: Access to rear garden from side entrance is via steps. Note: The garden is tiered with two steps from the terrace to the lawned area. Note: Parking is limited to two large vehicles or two large vehicles and 1 small vehicle. Additional parking at the pay and display car park next door. The historic town of Broadstairs, known as "The Jewel in Thanet's Crown" offers Blue Flag sandy beaches, hidden cobbled streets, cliff top walks, Bleak House, which was once the Summer home of Charles Dickens, shops, butchers, bakers, tea rooms, gift and antique shops. Close by is the town of Ramsgate and Margate, whilst further afield is Canterbury and Dover.
