Providing spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to seven people, this unique property benefits from being set in its own grounds surrounded by stunning countryside. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin with pull-out stacker bed, 1 x single with pull-out stacker bed. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room.
Formerly a working brewery, this grade II listed building is set within its own grounds in the tiny hamlet of Kirksanton. Adjacent to the main tower, this wing of the property offers well-appointed accommodation including a contemporary first floor entrance hall with staircase down to a spacious sitting room, a well-equipped kitchen with views of the surrounding fells, a good-sized main bathroom and three bedrooms. Outside, the spacious lawned garden offers guests the chance to relax in the panoramic scenery. Close by, there are numerous walks and the activities and amenities of nearby towns are just a short drive away. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: WiFi is only available in some rooms.

Situated on the West Coast of Cumbria and within the Lake District National Park is the small hamlet of Kirksanton. The village is composed of a scattering of cottages, farm dwellings and the traditional village pub, set in an enviable position amidst some of the most beautiful countryside in Britain. Situated close to local beaches, coastal walks and many of the nearby conservation areas, this lovely little hamlet is ideal for those looking to enjoy the great outdoors. The local skyline is dominated by the towering peaks of Scafell, Great Gable, Hard Knott, Harter Fell and Muncaster Fell whilst the stunning valleys of Eskdale and Dunnerdale are close by and provide breathtaking scenery throughout the year. Other local attractions include Muncaster Castle, a World Owl centre and the Ravenglass to Eskdale miniature railway.

"West of the Lakes, but easily within driving distance, we really enjoyed our week in Tower Cottage. Very spacious, everything you could need is available and the views are just fantastic. Back garden overlooking hills, a front sheltered BBQ area we used a couple of times too. Cumbrian Heavy Horses just 5 miles away if you fancy a ride on the 'heavy horses'. You'll usually need to book though. Other than we like to try different places, I'd happily return. The owners live next door and are very friendly and on hand for advice or help in any way they can. A tin of biscuits and tea / coffee facilities are a very welcome touch to greet you on arrival too. A fab week."
