Number 22, is a superb ground floor apartment situated close to the centre of Llandudno. The apartment can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The master king-size double bedroom has a luxurious en-suite which includes a freestanding roll-top bath, separate shower, twin basins and WC. The twin bedroom has an en-suite with a separate shower, basin and WC. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with a central breakfast island and dining area. There is also a sitting room which comprises a woodburner. Outside there is an enclosed gravelled garden, complete with hot tub and furniture. Roadside parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Number 22 is a delightful apartment to use as a base, from which to explore this beautiful part of the country. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. Private front patio garden with communal path to access property, private rear enclosed gravelled garden with furniture and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 3 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk. Note - Property not suitable for under 10's - unless baby in arms

"i booked this Holiday flat 6months ago and it looked great in the photos , it was even better when we arrived the owners mum showed us around and the flat is superb we loved our time there , we were a Party of four and had lots of fun the hot tub is great, the nabours both sides were supper i did not want to leave ind will definately go back and recomend this to any one 5 mins to the Shops .5 mins to the prom , only down side wine fridge not working and we had Major Problem trying to watch the Football on both TVs as the Picture kept going off in all fairnes even the nabours TVs were acting up . summery fantastic flat."
