Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on a first come, first served basis and free car parks 500 yards away. Patio with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: Children over the age of 8 only.

"What a lovely cottage well equipped cosy fantastic base to go out and about or just stroll into Lostwithiel Wonderful cream tea to welcome us went down a treat No parking but that was not a problem we unloaded and parked for free by the river less than 5 min walk back to the cottage Definitely recommend wish we could stay longer "
