The apartment can sleep two people in one double bedroom which also benefits from an en-suite shower room. There is an open plan living area which includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is a private garden with furniture and a barbecue, and off road parking for one car. The Garden Room is an ideal base for couples seeking a relaxing seaside holiday at any time of the year. Somerset offers 3 areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty - the Quantock, Mendip and Blackdown Hills. Underfloor heating with electric stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Private enclosed garden with furniture, BBQ and access to communal gardens with fruit trees. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and coast 1 mile. Note: There is one step into shower room. Please note: Bookings must fall between a Friday and Friday.
