Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Private lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Reflexology available by arrangement Note: This property has a locked adjoining door to the owner's house. Note: Mobile signal may be limited. Note: First floor bedroom accessed by narrow spiral staircase and may not be suitable for the less mobile. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead when on the farmyard but can be exercised in the field. Note: Pond in grounds, children to be supervised and dogs are not allowed due to ducks.
