Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 miles. Note: Due to open tread stairs, low doorways and sloping ceilings in both bedrooms, care should be taken at all times.

"Stayed here Saturday 27th for a week me the Wife and our 2 Kids. The cottage has everything you can ever need, Sheena and Frank have thought of everything. The cottage is located about a mile of the A831 in Balbeg so it's very peaceful. It's an ideal location for sightseeing ie Lochness, Inverness, Fort Augustus, and so on. The cottage is ideal for a family or a couple to enjoy the Highlands of Scotland. We will most definitely be going back to this cottage later this year or early next year. I can highly recommend this cottage without any doubt. Thank you Sheena and Frank for sharing your cottage with us and thank you Scotland 5 stars to all."
"Stayed here as a couple for a week. The cottage is exceptionally clean & well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Lovely quiet & peaceful location with some lovely views. It is well placed for Loch Ness etc. The owners are friendly & welcoming without being intrusive. Would highly recommend this self catering cottage."
