"Lovely little cottage,it would have been better if there were a few more accessories in the kitchen, things to help wash up and a tea towel would be a start and not having a bottle opener was annoying when we arrived late on the first evening. The accomadation was lovely and the grounds were beautiful. It's about a hour walk into Bala which I would suggest booking a cab if you were going down at night because there aren't many paths on the walk home."

"What a beautiful setting, dog friendly, walks, valley covered in cloud until mid morning, owners fantastic and helped with loads of information. Suggested we visit The Eagles pub for dinner, went there twice it was so good, had amazing trout both times! The cottages are comfortable, all neighbours got on very well, glass of wine in hand, sitting on the patio and everyone just speaks to everyone - we mostly had one thing in common - our dogs! Our Westie was very bossy, thought he could walk in to any other property as if he owned them! The other dogs tolerated him - thanks guys! Would visit again any time. Bala itself has so many walks to offer and the cottage area is just beautiful, well worth staying here."
