The upstairs comprises of a double bedroom, an adult bunk bedroom and a family bathroom. Downstairs there is a spacious sitting room and a well equipped kitchen with dining area and utility room. Outside there is off road parking for one car with additional roadside parking, enclosed gardens at the front and rear with patio and furniture. 9 Swallow Court is a wonderful holiday base to explore the surrounding area. Kent is affectionately known as the Garden of England. Its history and heritage provide the region with a rich array of sightseeing possibilities, while the stunning choice of Blue Flag beaches offer the chance to enjoy the beautiful coastline.

Herne is a small village within walking distance of the traditional Kent coastal resort of Herne Bay, which offers 2 miles of splendid seafront frequented by water sports enthusiast including rowers, yachtsmen and jet ski riders, and by those who simply enjoy walking along the beach with its colourful beach huts.
