Spittal, halfway between Haverfordwest and Fishguard, just off the A40 is a quiet village, which boasts a friendly village pub, The Pump on the Green, where you can have a chat with the locals and enjoy a drink and good food of restaurant quality. There are footpath and bridleway walks directly from the village, a village green with a play area for younger ones and a football pitch to expend some excess energy and a chance to meet with the villagers.

"Lovely comfortable self catering property all on one floor, exactly as described with comfortable beds at the end of a long days sightseeing. Provides an excellent base to visit all the Pembrokeshire attractions. A week was never enough! Friendly knowledgeable owners and even friendlier cats! I would highly recommend this property and happily book again if holidaying in the area. "
