Outside there's off road parking for two cars, an elevated decked area with furniture and a lawned garden with furniture. With fishing, golf and a host of attractions within reach makes Treview an ideal base for a couple.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request.Off road parking for 2 cars. Elevated decked area with furniture. Lawned garden with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Five external, open tread steps from decked area to lawned garden. Note: Infants and children up to the age of three only are accepted at this property. Note: Please bring own fishing equipment.

The town of Launceston is situated on the Devon and Cornwall border. The town has Georgian buildings in the central square, the ruins of a Norman castle sitting high above the town and shops and pubs. Just three miles away is the Tamar Otter Park and take a steam train trip from Launceston through the beautiful Kensey Valley on a 5-mile round trip.
