Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Nearest shop and pub 100m and bus stop 75m. Beach is 400m and fishing lake within 1 mile.

Mablethorpe has a selection of high street stores and a range of independent shops, bars and restaurants. The town is home to the Mablethorpe Seal Sanctuary where you can meet the seals along with an array of other friendly animals. A few miles down the coast is the traditional seaside resort of Skegness. Alternatively, head inland to the town of Louth with its Georgian streets with Grade II listed buildings.
