Outside there is off road parking for three cars and a small front gravelled patio with bench. Seabreeze is an ideal retreat for a family or friends that enjoy holidaying by the coast.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Gravelled front patio with bench. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pub 1 mile. Beach 2 mins walk.

Banff contains a variety of architecture in a number of contrasting styles, including Georgian architecture that can be found in the upper part of the town. Banff Harbour is now a recreational harbour, and the town boasts spectacular sea views, sandy beaches, shops and seafood restaurants. The area also boasts sandy beaches, forest walks, cycle routes, whisky trails, pony trekking and dolphin watching.

"Amazing property and view with a kids park and beach right on your doorstep. Charlotte the owner was amazing and left a welcome basket for us and even stuff for the dog, The property is very modern and clean and had everything you needed such as dishwasher and washing machine. The master bedroom overlooking the park and beach was lovely and spacious with a very comfy bed. one of the best properties we have stayed in in the area as we have family near by and will be staying again."
