Gas central heating. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TV with Freeview, Xbox, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off-road parking. Patio area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Passes are in the property to use on the following facilities: Gym Swimming pool On site pub Italian restaurant These will be on the dining room table with the welcome folder on arrival please place them back there on leaving. There are other amenities to be used at an extra cost. Note: Between the dates of 4th November to 16th December the leisure centre will be under renovation with no access to the pool, sauna and steam room. The gymnasium will still be accessible. However, there will be access to the Flower of May campsite swimming pool Monday to Friday. Access is complimentary with the Bay leisure pass.

The seaside town of Filey offers a good old fashioned English seaside holiday. It features Filey Bay, which is a sandy beach and Filey Brigg to the north with shallow rock pools. There are interesting shops, a coble landing, two promenades, pony rides and children's play areas, while within easy driving distance are Scarborough and Bridlington.
