This luxurious detached property is located 1 mile from Frodsham in Cheshire and sleeps eight people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double (zip/link, can be 2'6" twin on request) with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC, 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x ground floor double. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Utility.
This beautiful detached cottage is situated one mile from the town of Frodsham and just eleven miles from Chester in Cheshire. The cottage sleeps eight people in three double bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor and there are two z-beds available on request. Both of the first floor double bedrooms have en-suites and there is also a ground floor shower room. The accommodation is completed with an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is ample off road parking and a lawned garden with patio and furniture. This is a delightful cottage set in a convenient location both for exploring Chester and the rolling countryside. Chester is a beautiful and historic border city. Walk its ancient walls, discover the Roman remains and experience 21st Century shopping in the unique half-timbered medieval 'Rows' at the city's heart.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 1 mile, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Two further z-beds suitable for children are available on request. Note: Two day passes per stay are included for use at the Holiday Inn Hotel near Runcorn where they have health and fitness/leisure facilities, additional passes can be purchased at additional cost. Note: Max 6 adults and 2 children (up to 11 years). Note: No stag/hen or similar.

The market town of Frodsham in Cheshire is located at the foot of Overton Hill, overlooking the River Mersey estuary, just 11 miles from the city centre of Chester. The town, which was mentioned in the Doomesday Book, has a thriving centre which enjoys a weekly market on the high street, along with numerous specialist shops, popular pubs and wine bars. Just outside the Bears Paw pub in the centre of Frodsham marks the start of the Sandstone Trail.
