This 17th century detached cottage is close to the village of Talybont near to Barmouth and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x adult bunks. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Garden room with dining area with woodburner. Sitting room with woodburner.
Hwylfa'r Groes is a lovely 17th century detached cottage situated close to the village of Talybont just four miles from Barmouth in Gwynedd. The cottage sleeps four people in one double bedroom and one adult bunks together with family shower room. Also in the cottage is a kitchen, dining room with woodburner and sitting room with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a garden with furniture and BBQ. Hwylfa'r Groes is perfect for exploring this beautiful part of the country. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Electric gel-filled panel heaters with two woodburners. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, TV, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburners inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 small cars or 1 large car. Secure bike storage. Private enclosed garden with furniture, BBQ and tree swing. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 5 mins walk. Train station 5 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: The cottage is positioned on the A496 and there may be some associated noise. Note: There are steps to patio area and care should be taken. Note: Some walls are dry stone and low in places, children and pets should be supervised.

This popular coastal holiday village lies between one of the most picturesque resorts on the Welsh coast, Barmouth, and the World Heritage Site of Harlech, which are all surrounded by the unrivalled splendour of the Snowdonia National Park.
