Outside is off road parking for one car and roadside parking and a private enclosed front garden with patio and furniture. Private enclosed front garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Sloping ceilings in twin bedroom. Note: There is an open staircase linking the twin bedroom to the sitting room.

"The owners Julie and Graeme have ensured that this beautiful cottage offers everything in the way of comfort. Though a cottage the rooms are of a good size and very well presented with some lovely touches, wool throws, beautiful china and glass wear, copper pans, slow cooker, dish washer, washing machine and gallons of piping hot water for a relaxing shower after a busy day out in the invigorating fresh air. The cottage is based in a fantastic place to visit Banburgh Castle, Holy Island, Craggside, Berwick Alnwick and yes we even ventured into Scotland with a day spent in Edinburgh. A present of home made jam and eggs from the chickens in the back garden were so unexpected but further evidence of the care the owners have for their clients and even an invite to visit their newly born lambs. We have had a wonderful week, go on treat yourself, you deserve it."
