Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge,TV with basic Sky, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared use of communal lawned grounds. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and bar 5 mins walk. Note: Property is set on a park with caravans and chalets. Note: Parking is 210 yards from chalet in shared car park.

Burgh Castle is a small village on the River Waveney, close to the seaside town of Great Yarmouth. The village is close to nature reserves and is a good base for birdwatching. Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth offer good days out.
