Chalky Downs is an impressive, semi-detached property situated right on the seafront in a quiet close in the popular coastal town of Broadstairs. The property can sleep nine people in four bedrooms, three double bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities, and one family room with a single bed and adult bunks. There is a large comfortable sitting room benefiting from a woodburning stove. A well-equipped kitchen leads to a beautiful dining room which overlooks the delightful landscaped garden. There is a spacious family bathroom as well as a ground floor cloakroom, ensuring that there are enough facilities for all guests to use. Outside, there is off road parking for one car and rear garden, displaying beautiful plants and shrubs. Chalky Downs is perfect for a traditional seaside holiday with the family. Kent is affectionately known as the Garden of England. Its history and heritage provide the region with a rich array of sightseeing possibilities, while the stunning choice of Blue Flag beaches offer the chance to enjoy the beautiful coastline.

The historic town of Broadstairs, known as "The Jewel in Thanet's Cronear beach, woodburner, garden, in Broadstairs, Rewn" offers Blue Flag sandy beaches, hidden cobbled streets, cliff top walks, Bleak House, which was once the Summer home of Charles Dickens, shops, butchers, bakers, tea rooms, gift and antique shops. Close by is the town of Ramsgate and Margate, whilst further afield is Canterbury and Dover.
