Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.

Outside there is off road parking for two cars, lockable bike storage, a shared enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and a barbecue and also salmon fishing is available on the River Cree that can be arranged with the owner prior to arrival. Kinnen Cottage is a wonderful base for your holiday. From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain's best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage. Shared enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Salmon fishing on River Cree can be arranged with owner prior to arrival. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Sloping ceilings in first floor bedrooms. Note: Intermittent mobile phone signal. Note: Check-in 5pm, check-out 12 noon.
