Oakwood Farm West is a lovely semi-detached cottage situated in the village of Burton-in-Kendal just seven miles from Kirkby Lonsdale in Cumbria. The cottage can sleep five people in two king-size double bedrooms (one of which can be a 2?6? twin on request) and one single together with two bathrooms and ground floor cloakroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a private patio with furniture. Oakwood Farm West is a delightful cottage with views to the surrounding countryside. Note: Children over 3 years only. No infants. Note: Property does not accept any arrivals or departures on Sundays or Bank Holidays due to cleaning arrangements. Shared use of owner?s tennis court at Curwen Woods (approx 1 mile), if not in use. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 15 mins walk. A small, traditional Cumbrian village set in beautiful countryside and ideally placed for exploring Southern Lakeland, the Yorkshire Dales and the peaceful Forest of Bowland. The village has a Post Office/general store, a butcher and a pub that serves good food.
