This single-storey cottage in the grounds of the owners' home near Holsworthy sleeps six people in two bedrooms. All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofa bed.
The Cottage is a lovely single-storey cottage set in the grounds of the owners' home, on the edge of the village of Chilsworthy near Holsworthy. This cottage sleeps six people in two bedrooms, consisting of a double and a twin, together with a bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofa bed. Outside there's off road parking for two cars, a private patio, a shared lawned area and shared use of an indoor heated swimming pool. The Cottage is a delightful Devon base. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Gas central heating. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, shared, external coin operated laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own swimming pool/beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private patio with furniture and BBQ. Shared use of lawned area. Shared use of indoor heated swimming pool (29' x 12' x 4' to 6' deep). Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: WiFi is available for browsing only, not suitable for downloading or streaming.Note The pool whilst available is unheated between the dates 1st November - 15th March Please Note: Although this is a shared swimming pool, during the Covid 19 Pandemic only one family can use at one time.

Holsworthy is a market town situated amid the rolling green hills of Tarka Country in Devon. Holsworthy has much to offer, including a swimming pool, tennis court, splendid park with bowling green, shops, pubs and cafes, as well as an 18-hole golf course just outside the town. Also in the area are fishing, sailing, cycling, walking and sandy beaches.
