This barn conversion rests in a quiet countryside location, near the town of Montgomery in Powys and can sleep 10 people in five bedrooms. Over three floors. Five bedrooms: 1 x ground floor king size with disabled friendly en-suite wet room with shower, basin and WC, 1 x first floor king size with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x first floor king size with en-suite bath, basin and WC, 1 x first floor king size room and 1 x second floor super king size room. Additional first floor shower room with basin and WC. Open plan living room with kitchen, dining area and two sitting areas with wood burning stove.
Whitehall Dairy is a wonderful barn conversion bursting with character, situated near the town Montgomery in Powys. It boasts five bedrooms over three floors, sleeping 10 people altogether. There is also an en-suite wet room, bathroom and shower room, as well as an open-plan living room on the ground floor with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the exterior is ample off-road parking and a large garden, which wraps itself around the property, offering a lawned area, patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric range cooker with oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, selection of books and games. Drinks fridge. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and two highchairs available. Ample off-road parking. Large, enclosed garden with patio areas, lawned areas, wood burning hot tub, BBQ and garden furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2.6 miles. Note: This is a Friday changeover property only.
