This wonderful semi-detached cottage is situated in a courtyard setting, on the edge of Ribchester and sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. Four bedrooms: 1 x ground floor super king-size double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x super king-size double with en-suite bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC, 2 x twin with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.
Waddow Cottage is a luxury holiday home set in a courtyard, on the edge of Ribchester. This cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, all with en-suites, consisting of one ground floor super king-size double, a super king-size double and two twins, as well as a basin and WC. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there's off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with patio, hot tub and furniture. A wonderful family base. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

Underfloor central heating with woodburning stove. Electric double oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeivew, DVD, smartphone dock, WiFi, selection of books and games. Open fire, Fuel power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen, towels and robes inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars, with further parking in overflow car park on-site. Lawned garden enclosed with patio, hot tub (on request) and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 7 mins walk. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Note - If you wish to use the hot tub during your stay, please notify the owner at least 14 days prior to arrival.

The village of Ribchester is situated in a curve of the River Ribble, close to Preston and Clitheroe. The village has multi-coloured stone cottages, three pubs and a Chinese restaurant. The Ribble Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty has diverse natural habitats, and Clitheroe is famed for its specialist shops.
