Gas central heating with electric log burning effect fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, TV with basic Sky package, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Decked area with seating, pizza oven, BBQ and Chimenea. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 5 mins walk. Note: Property isn't suitable for babies or children under 12 years of age.

The village of Totland lies on the west side of the Isle of Wight's coast, offering visitors local shops and pubs and coastal scenery. The nearby beaches of both Totland and Colwell Bay offer a range of activities whilst Freshwater has a golf course, public swimming pool and walks along the Tennyson Trail. Take a chair lift from Alum Bay and enjoy the views across the sand cliffs to the famous 'Needles' chalk stacks and lighthouse beyond, or explore the streets, castle and harbour at Yarmouth.

Really quiet location with everything you could want to make your stay very comfortable. Can't wait to return."
