Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, breakfast bar and sitting area with sofa bed.
Flat 3 is a modern mostly second floor apartment in Bridlington and can sleep four people in one double bedroom and one third floor double room, accessed up an additional internal staircase. This apartment is light and airy with an open plan living area with kitchen, breakfast bar and comfortable sitting area. The contemporary shower room completes the accommodation. Outside there permit roadside parking for one car, on first come, first served basis. Bridlington has plenty to offer all ages, with an array of attractions, shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as sandy beaches. Flat 3 is a wonderful seaside holiday base for any time of the year. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, z-bed and highchair. Parking permit supplied for 1 car for roadside parking in locality on first come, first served basis. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Beach 3 mins walk. Note: The third floor bedroom is accessed by going out of the flat door and up an internal staircase into the bedroom and due to the steep winding stairs, this may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility and children should be supervised. Note: Access to apartment is by stairs only.
