Three bedrooms: 1 x super king-size double with balcony, 1 x twin (zip/link, can be super king-size double on request), 1 x ground floor children's bunks. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Utility. Games room with table tennis.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with decked area and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: From the super king-size double there's a balcony with external steps down to the garden, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: Max 4 adults and 2 children. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: Part of the garden including the tree house is fenced off and is therefore out of bounds to guests. Note: There is an interlinking door between this property and another holiday property, ref 915521; the door is kept locked at all times.
