Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, slimline dishwasher, 2 x TV with Freeview, WiFi, Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Welcome pack including tea, coffee, milk and local produce provided. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio area with hot tub to rear. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles and pub 2 miles. Please note: there are steps between the rooms on the ground floor. Note: Please be aware this property may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.
