Ground floor level access wet room with shower. Kitchen with breakfast bar. Utility. Sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove. Shared use of games barn with pool table and table tennis with 982620.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate, travel cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 5 cars. Enclosed lawned gardens with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Shop and pub 4 miles. Note: Max 9 adults. Note: The property has ramped access to front and level access throughout the ground floor. Note: no stag or hen parties or similar **please note** The owner of Holly House has made us aware the new check in time will be 5pm for the foreseeable future,this is to create more time in between bookings to clean and sanitize the property. The owner has also requested that guests bring their own bed linen and towels (duvets, mattress and pillow protectors will be provided) the owner feels this is the safest route to take given the current situation.If there is any issues surrounding this request please contact us. The Games room will be available to guests on a rota basis due to being shared with Hazel Lodge
