This lovingly converted barn is adjacent to the owner's smallholding in Ciliau Aeron, near Aberaeron, and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x ground floor twin (zip/link can be super king-size double on request). Ground floor shower room with basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. Sitting room. Conservatory. Small seating area, that opens onto the balcony on mezzanine.
Horseshoe Cottage is a lovingly converted barn adjacent to the owner's smallholding in Ciliau Aeron. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a ground floor zip/link twin which can be a super king-size double on request and a first floor king-size double room which has an en-suite basin and WC. There is also a ground floor shower room, a kitchen, a utility, a sitting room with a mezzanine dining area with a balcony and a conservatory. Outside there is an enclosed lawned garden with furniture and there is off road parking for two cars. Horseshoe Cottage is a fantastic base with a number of activities in the area. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Note: The kitchen is accessed up 4 steps.

A pretty Georgian coastal town located between Cardigan and Aberystwyth with a lovely pebble beach and beautiful sea views. There is an abundance of shops with unusual gifts, great eating places and pubs, and a quiet little harbour to enjoy watching the boats come and go. Aberaeron is perfectly positioned to enjoy boat trips and watersports, or coastal and countryside walks and cycle rides. Short drives to Cardigan to the south, or Aberystwyth to the north offer more shops, craft centres, museums and cinema or theatre visits. A wonderful Mid Wales location all year round.
