This attractive, Victorian mid-terraced property is just a two minute walk from the harbour and sea front, in the popular seaside resort of Scarborough, and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Over three floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x second floor king-size double, 1 x second floor twin. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Dining room. Sitting room.
4 Overton Terrace is an attractive, Victorian mid-terraced property, just a two minute walk from the harbour and sea front, in the popular seaside resort of Scarborough, and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. This comfortable property has a well-equipped galley-style kitchen which leads to a separate dining room. The cosy sitting room offers lovely views and is the ideal place to relax. There is a king-size double bedroom and a family bathroom on the first floor and a further king-size double and twin room is located on the second floor. Outside, roadside parking for one car is provided by a scratch card on a first come, first served basis, and there is a front terrace with a bench and lovely sea views. 4 Overton Terrace is a great base for spending time in this popular seaside resort. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Scratch card for 1 car provided for roadside parking 100 yards from the property, accessible via a footpath, on a first come, first served basis. Enclosed rear yard and front terrace with bench. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pub 2 mins walk. Beach and harbour 2 mins walk. Note: The property is accessed by 3 external steps to the front door.

Popular since Victorian times, the vibrant seaside town of Scarborough retains many of its original fine buildings, parks and gardens, as well as its historic castle which overlooks the town. North Bay and South Bay provide two superb stretches of beautiful, golden sandy beaches, popular with families and small children. There are a number of child friendly activities and many popular visitor attractions for grown-ups too, including the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough Spa and Scarborough Outdoor Theatre for live music. Scarborough is a great location for outdoor activities, with golf courses, lovely coastal walks along the Cleveland Way, stunning cycle routes such as the old railway to Whitby, beautiful sailing and championship quality surfing.
