The cottage sleeps four people with two bedrooms and three bathrooms. The cottage also contains a kitchen/diner with a woodburning stove and a sitting room. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for one car and a private patio with furniture. A lovely riverside cottage ideally located for local facilities and plenty of things to do further afield.

Range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview and Netflix, radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car, with additional permit roadside parking for one car. Patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 5 mins walk. Note: There is a river opposite the cottage, children should be supervised at all times. Note: Sloping ceilings throughout first floor. Note: The off road parking is accessed up a narrow lane, please take care.

The Capital of the Highlands, Inverness is the gateway to the delights of the Highlands of Scotland. Towering mountains, dark lochs, and sea cliffs are all within easy reach. Of particular note Loch Ness is surrounded by some breathtaking scenery, as well as being on the lookout for something a bit more mysterious! Just outside the city is the Culloden Battlefield at Culloden, whilst a walk on the field serves as a poignant reminder of the clansmen who lost their lives.
