Reviews
"Bridgend is a beautiful cottage set in a perfect little village with many amenities right on your doorstep. The cottage is set just off the village green, there are lots of cafes and a pub restaurant which are great for falling out of bed and relaxing whilst someone else cooks you a delicious Scottish breakfast! There is also the fiddlers restaurant and pub where you easily while away a few hours. The area also offers an abundance of beautiful walks and views whilst the beach at Nairn is just a 40 minute drive and is fantastic for young families. The house itself is beautiful, we loved the rustic decor! Beds are really comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The owners have thoughtfully provided a large selection of board games and DVDs. The garden is also great having a hot tub, BBQ, two picnic tables as well as space for the children to play, whilst also being fully enclosed although parents should be aware there is a gate that opens onto the river. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend. Thanks."

"Great location in the heart of village. Bridgend House has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Log fire, well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds, & furnishings. Lovely welcome hamper, spacious home from home.."
"We enjoyed a wonderful week's holiday at the start of June in Bridgend House, it really is a gem of a place to stay. This cottage was like a 'home from home', it was very well equipped. Bridgend is extremely comfortable and clean and has been decorated and maintained to a very high standard. The bed linen and towels were similar to that of a 5* hotel, a very pleasant surprise. The cottage sits in a fabulous location for touring the highlands, we are hill walkers/cyclists and we headed out to the beautiful glens nearby, Glen Affric is stunning! There are lots of places to eat and dine right on the doorstep,a quick 2-3 minute walk across the village green and you can have breakfast/lunch at the Bistro or dinner in the local pub. We can highly recommend staying at Bridgend, the owners are so very welcoming and attentive they really do go that extra mile to make your holiday a special one. We will definitely return to this wonderful cottage, is ticks all the boxes."
