Electric central heating with underfloor heating in shower room and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Private courtyard with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, no smoking. Harlech Castle 2 mins walk. Shops 0.5 mile. Pub 1 mile. Beach 1 mile. Note: There are 4 steps up to front door, some internal steps and 9 steps up to raised courtyard, may not be suitable for guests who struggle with stairs. Note: Property is situated near to the top of a very steep hill. Note: Check in 4pm.
