Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Roadside parking outside property. Rear patio with furniture and BBQ and side raised garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Sloping ceilings in super king-size double and shower room. Note: The side garden is up a flight of steps and has a wall with a 3 feet drop to the road; children to be supervised.
