Overview
This spacious, bright and airy lodge is set on a secluded area of the Trecan Farm, eight miles from Looe, with three bedrooms accommodating up to five people. All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double zip/link, can be twin on request), 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Shared games room with table tennis, pool table, darts and table football.
Nestled in a quiet, secluded location on Trecan Farm, five miles from Looe and surrounded by beautiful Cornish countryside, is this wonderful, spacious holiday lodge. The lodge has three bedrooms, including one with a zip/link king-size bed and one with a double bed and en-suite shower. There is also a bathroom with a bath and shower over. Downstairs is an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining table and sitting area. Outside is a lawned garden, off road parking and shared games room and tennis court. An excellent getaway for families, friends and couples visiting Cornwall.

Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with furniture and access to field. Shared tennis court. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 3 miles. Note: The single bed can be replaced with a cot or cot bed on request and with prior arrangement. Note: Although all ground floor, property has two access doors reached by three or six steps or by using the ramp available.
