Ground floor kitchen/dining area with cloak room. First floor living area with electric woodburning effect stove.

The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Gas central heating with woodburning effect fire. Gas range cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. Each bedroom has own TV with Freeview. DVD, Music System, WIFI, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 2 cars, and roadside parking available front of property. Lawned gardens to the front of the property, and a patio and BBQ to the rear. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 min walk, pub 1 minute walk. Note: This property can be accessed via the ground, and first floors.
