Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden to the front. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles and pub 2 miles.

" You get what you pay for. And I mean that in a good way! This was almost half the price of other cottages we've stayed in. One open plan room plus bathroom. All great! Very clean. Was rather smelly when we walked in though, and the fridge stank very badly :( Maybe we were the first resident of the year or something. I cleaned it before unpacking anything Great location. Garden is not very dog friendly as no gate onto quite a busy minor road. Could have done with a few extra touches but for the price you can't complain! Take your own loo roll and some kitchen towel and Cleaning products too. Didn't see the owners at all which was surprising as everyone else said how friendly they were. Highly recommend the Manors pub in Bakewell much better than the local pubs "
"One big room, with bed, kitchen and dining area and ample seating. Separate bathroom with shower. Well situated with easy access to local footpaths. Owner friendly and and helpful and came round to introduce himself. Ideal for two people. Ample car parking and it is situated in the countryside. Only downside - nothing to do with the property or the owner - was the extremely poor directions and attitude of the holiday-letting agency. To find the property is actually very easy - follow the road through Wormhill (from either direction) and look for the sign on the roadside that says "Barn Studio, drive into the open courtyard and you are there - it looks just like the picture. I would definitely recommend this holiday property, though I'm less than happy with the holiday-letting agency."
