Outside is a lawned garden with a summerhouse, furniture and a barbecue and off road parking for two cars. Sweet Briars is perfect all year round for friends and family wishing to relax in the heart of the countryside.

Oil fired central heating with woodburner and open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books and games. Travel cot, stairgate and highchair. Fuel, power and wood for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with summerhouse, furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome, to be kept in the utility. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.2 miles, pub/restaurant 3 mins walk. Note: Dogs must be kept in the utility room. Note: There is a step down and low head room to the family bathroom.
