Cartref is a semi-detached property located in the small hamlet of Ynys near Talsarnau and can sleep four people in three bedrooms. There is one king-size double bedroom and two twin rooms as well as a family bathroom on the first floor. Downstairs there is a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room and a cosy sitting room. Outside there is an enclosed lawn garden with patio and furniture. Parking is available in the nearby residents car park. Cartref is a lovely base with so many activities close by and is perfect for a family getaway at any time of the year. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking in communal residents car park 15 yards away. Bike storage. Enclosed lawned garden with slate patio and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Pets are to be kept downstairs only, please bring own pet beds. Note: The garden slopes in places and there are 4 steps from the seating area to the lawned area.

Talsarnau is a small village situated between the mountains and the sea 4 miles from the town of Harlech in North Wales. The town is popular with golfers, who come to the Royal St. David's course, whilst the 7 mile long sandy beach is wonderful for family fun.
