To the outside of the cottage is ample off road parking, bike storage and a lawned garden with patio and furniture. Cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Bike storage. Lawned garden with patio, decking, furniture, BBQ and outdoor games. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Private water supply from borehole. Note: This property sleeps four people, with an additional two children to sleep on the sofa bed.

Longnor is a parish and village resting a short distance away from Church Stretton and the countryside setting of the Shropshire Hills AONB. The village rests on the River Onny is close to the Leebotwood railway station, and plays host to Longnor Park which occupies an ornamental garden. Within a short car journey is the county town of Shrewsbury where you will find a vast array of amenities and attractions.

"This cottage was below par. The layout was unusual possibly due to extension location. We experienced a few issues - the inadequate toilet in the main bathroom (doesnt like to flush), dirty tissues still in drawers which were dusty causing marks to new clothes, unusual choice of glassware (16 prosecco, 3 mismatched wine, 3 pint) NO glasses for those who dont drink alcohol, no hangers in 2nd bedroom, not enough pillows, no check in from owner (except for "welcome" spelt out on the fridge door in childrens' magnets) no grill pan handle (assumed missing!).... and flies, flies and more flies. We must have killed over a hundred. I have booked cottage holidays since the 90s and have never felt unhappy about previous accommodation. I shall be wary of booking future cottages where dogs are welcome. Perhaps this is an indication of a tired property requiring a little more attention to detail. "
