This semi-detached former barn is adjacent to the owner's home in the town of Llanelli and sleeps three adults or two adults and two children in a double room and a sofa bed. All ground floor. One double bedroom with TV and Jack-and-Jill access to bathroom. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofa bed. External shared laundry room. External shared wet room with shower and WC.
Ysgubor is a semi-detached former ban, adjacent to the owner's home in the town of Llanelli. The cottage sleeps three adults or two adults and two children in a double bedroom which has Jack-and-Jill access to a bathroom. There is also an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a sofa bed. Outside there is a shared enclosed courtyard and guests have use of the owner's lawned garden. There is also off road parking for four cars. Ysgubor is a perfect base to explore this fantastic area and make the most of local days out. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Electric panel heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer in external laundry room, 2 x TVs with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed shared covered patio area and use of owner's lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk. Beach 2.5 miles. Note: This property sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Note: The cottage has a rainwater water harvesting system which filters the water and is used for the toilets and washing machine. The rest of the water at the property is mains supplied.

Llanelli is a traditional mining town on the mouth of the River Loughor and has been extensively redeveloped, after the mining industry declined, to offer modern shopping centres, a theatre and the beautifully scenic Millennium Coastal Cycle Path. For all kinds of sports fans LLanelli is the perfect location.
