2 Huxtables is a lovely semi-detached barn conversion situated just off the village square of North Molton in North Devon and is on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The cottage can sleep five people in three bedrooms. One double, one twin and one single. There is a bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, double walk-in rainfall shower, basin and WC. There is a small hallway, a sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove. There is a kitchen with a door leading to the patio area. Outside there there is an enclosed south-facing lawned garden and there is off road parking for one car. 2 Huxtables is a lovely barn and is perfect for a family wishing to explore Devon with both Exmoor and the coast within reach. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Property has steep stairs and there are steps from the patio up to the lawned garden. Please note: Tight off road parking for 1 car or close parking against cottage wall for 1 car or 1 free of charge parking in the Square in the village 50 meters from the cottage, 1st come 1st serve basis.(for 1 car only)
