This delightful modern detached cottage is situated near the centre of the popular Peak District town of Matlock, and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Over three floors. Four bedrooms: 1 x first floor king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x second floor king-size double, 1 x first floor double, 1 x second floor twin. First floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Utility. Sitting room.
Dukes View is a delightful modern detached cottage is situated near the centre of the popular Peak District town of Matlock and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Once inside this lovely cottage you will find a cosy sitting room. Next to the sitting room is kitchen/diner and completing the ground floor is a convenient cloakroom. Upstairs on the first floor there are two charming bedrooms consisting of a king-size double benefiting from an en-suite shower room and a double, along with a family bathroom. On the second floor there are a further two bedrooms, one twin and another king-size double. Outside, to the front and side of the cottage is a large patio area and off road parking for two cars. Dukes View is an excellent base for families and friends wishing to explore the Peak District.
